What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer "Jen" Beehler conducted an unannounced Case Management - Incident Inspection due to a self reported incident that occurred on 03/21/2025. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Mercedes Mendoza and provided access to the facility. LPA stated the reason for the visit. LPA conducted interviews with the Director, the lead teacher and associate teacher for the classroom. LPA reviewed the child's file and observed the classroom during transition to the outdoor activity space, during the outdoor play time and circle time. LPA observed the teachers to be attentive to the students, interactive and patient. Due to today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited. Exit interview conducted with Director Mercedes Mendoza, report reviewed and provided. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT PROVIDED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
