Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, conducted a Plan of Correction Inspection. Licensee was cited on May 21, 2025 under Staffing Ratio & Capacity, Health & Safety Code 1596.8662(b)(1) & 1597.622(a)(1) , Infant Safe Sleep, and Operation of a Family Child Care Home. LPA met with Licensee, Xuehui Jiang, and explained the purpose of today's visit. LPA toured the facility and reviewed records. LPA observed the following: 1) Licensee and her adult daughter present with six (6) children: 2 infants and 4 preschool age 2) Completed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224) in six (6) children's files 3) Current Mandated Reporter Training for S1 & S2 4) All required Licensing forms in six (6) children's files 5) The Notice of Site Visit dated 05/21/25 and Type A deficiency were posted visible to public. As a result of this inspection, deficiencies under Staffing Ratio and Capacity, Health & Safety Code 1596.8662(b)(1), Infant Safe Sleep, and Operation of a Family Child Care Home are hereby corrected and cleared. There were no deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Xuehui Jiang. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
