On 9/26/2025 at 12 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a Case Management Visit. LPA met with the Licensee SUSHMA KAMBHAM and explained the nature of the visit. Present on this visit were the Licensee\342\200\231s spouse and 4 infants. The home operates from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. The Licensee submitted a Capacity Increase Application, and the Regional Office received the application on 08/18/2025. The home was granted Fire Clearance on 9/18/2025. The home was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection with the Applicant. The home is a one-story home. The home is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The On-Limit Areas are the Living Room, Dining Room, Bedroom (Napping Room) adjacent to the home\342\200\231s main door, Hallway Bathroom and the Backyard. The Backyard is the designated outdoor play area that is fully fenced. The Off-Limit Areas are the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and the Bedroom adjacent to the Hallway Bathroom, the Kitchen and the Garage. LPA Estoesta reminded the Licensee that the Off-Limit Areas will be inaccessible to children in care by closed and or locked doors and or a fence/safety gate with visual supervision. LPA conducted children\342\200\231s record review and file review. No deficiencies cited on this visit. The home is recommended for a FCCH Large Licensee, effective today, 09/26/2025. A notice of site visit was given to applicant and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
