On 10/23/2025 at 2:35pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jialing \342\200\234Julianne\342\200\235 Zhu met with Director Cynthia \342\200\234Cindy\342\200\235 Alvarez for an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of reviewing teacher qualifications. Present during the inspection were director, five (5) fingerprint-cleared staff, and 25 children in care. The facility is within ratio and in compliance with capacity regulations today. All individuals subject to criminal record review have a clearance and/or exemption and have been associated to the facility. LPA reviewed qualifications and signed LIC 9095 Evaluation of Teacher Qualifications for two (2) teachers. LPA verified every classroom has at least one (1) fully qualified teacher. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
