On 12/15/2025 at 9:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a Case Management visit. LPA met with the Director, Chitra Bharadwaj, and explained the nature of the visit. Present on this visit were 21 Staff Member, 5 toddlers and 102 preschool children. The facility operates from Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm. On 11/20/2025, an unusual incident was reported by the Director to the Oakland Child Care Regional Office, with an incident date of 11/19/2025. During the visit, LPA Estoesta conducted Staff interviews and record reviews. LPA obtained copies of the Children's Sign In for the day. There were no deficiencies cited on this visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Chitra Bharadwaj.
