On 1/16/2026 at 2:30 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted a Case Management Visit. LPA met with the Site Director Chitra Bharadwaj and explained the nature of the visit. Present on this visit were 18 Staff Member and 119 children. The facility operates from Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm. On 1/13/2026, an unusual incident was reported by the Site Director to the Oakland Child Care Regional Office, with an incident date of 1/12/2026. During the visit, LPA Estoesta conducted Staff interview and record review. LPA obtained a copy of the LIC 624 Unusual / Injury Report. There were no deficiencies cited on this visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Chitra Bharadwaj.
