Licensing Program Analyst(LPA) Jessica Bongardt met with Eric Gross today to go over the plans for the demolition of the current preschool that they have on property. LPA toured the preschool facility. LPA also toured the classroom that the preschool will be moved to while the construction is going to be happening. That classroom has sufficient amount of toys and materials for the children. Demolition of the old preschool will begin June 1, 2024 once the children are out of school and will continue into the new school year. Due to the construction, if it gets to loud for the children they plan to already have built a garden classroom for the preschool children to go to so that they can avoid the noise. The garden is already established they are going to build the structure around the garden. Once the buildings are constructed Licensee will submit in a new Application for the buildings. Exit interview was conducted. Notice of site visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.
