What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth Larios, conducted an unannounced case management visit today. LPA met with Administration Director, Jessica Steurer & Assistant Director/Teacher, Regina Selix and discussed the nature of today's visit. LPA conducted a complaint investigation on January 22, 2025 and became aware upon file reviews that staff ( S-1 & S-2) did not have there mandated reporter training certification. LPA observed staff (S-3) in the classroom assisting children in care and was not associated to the facility. The following "Type B " deficiencies were cited during visit. LPA conducted an exit interview with Administration Director, Jessica Steurer & Regina Selix where this report was reviewed and copy of appeal rights was provided. Please refer to page 809-D for citation, description, and plan of correction. A Notice of Site Visit has been issued and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
