Licensee's back was against the child and the other staff was at the table area and is unable to see children. At 10:50AM, there was one child at the table. There was one staff at the sandbox and the second staff was walking towards the sandbox. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Wall heater was not turned on during today's inspection. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
