Type A. Serious citation. Imminent or substantial risk to children. The regulator requires corrective action immediately and may impose a civil penalty.
Type B. Lower-severity citation. Corrective action required, no imminent risk. The regulator monitors compliance on the next visit.

101219 Admission Agreements(d) Modifications to the original admission agreement shall be made whenever circumstances covered in the agreement change, and shall be dated and signed by the persons specified in (c) above. Based on infromation obtained Director reduced child (C-1) hours from the signed parent agreement/contact that was sign upon admission. Director failed to give parents a new contact to reflect modifications to the original admission agreement. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
