A case management Licensee initiated inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) N. Cunningham in response a capacity increase application received. This facility operates a half day class from 8AM to 11:30AM in classroom 2 and a full day class from 7:45am to 4:15pm in classrooms 1 on the Juniper Elementary School campus. Fire Clearance was received by the Department on 11/18/22. The outdoor play area is fully fenced. There is a play structures for children to play on and adequate cushioning underneath. There is no pool, spa, pond, fountain, or any other body of water on the premises. There is safe and age appropriate furniture, toys, and play equipment available for children. The indoor and outdoor activity spaces were toured, and the facility sketch was verified. A capacity worksheet was completed during the visit. There is enough indoor space for 48 children and outdoor space for 48 children. There are four toilets and six sinks available for children. Capacity increase is approved today, 12/09/22. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with L. Sellers. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Appeal rights were provided.
