What the inspector wrote

An unannounced case management inspection was conducted on 07/16/2025 at 10:15 AM by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Noah Wheeler. LPA met with licensee Terresa Hunt. In response to an Unusual Incident Report received by the Department on 07/09/2025. Licensee reported an incident where C2 injured C1 by poking C1 with C2's finger. The licensee was interviewed on 07/09/2025 and stated that on 07/08/2025 she had a text conversation with the parent (P1) of C1 because C1 had not been back to care since 07/02/2025. P1 stated that C1 had disclosed an incident to P1 about getting poked with a stick. Licensee stated they were unaware of when this incident could have occurred, and the licensee had one staff (S1) and another witness (W1) present that day and neither of them noticed the incident. Continued on 809-C One staff was interviewed on 07/15/2025 and stated they did not see anything out of the ordinary during that day and the two children (C1, C2) were playing normally throughout the day. One witness (W1) was interviewed on 07/16/2025 at facility and stated that she did not notice any sort of altercation between the children when she was at the facility. During today\342\200\231s inspection, the facility was toured and LPA observed proper supervision and care. Based on information reported and interviews no deficiencies are being cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Teressa Hunt.
