Facility-requested visit·August 2, 2023

On 8/11/22 at 9:30am an announced case management visit made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Snow to change rooms with the same licensed capacity of 100 and reduce it to 88 children. The LPA met with Shelley Anstine. This program is operated by (public agency) and a Title 5 funded program.) are 7:30 AM \342\200\223 6PM, Monday\342\200\223Friday. They follow the school holiday except for the 8 week summer program. The facility was toured at 9:30am inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. Facility operates in room #s 21, 22 ,23 & 63. Todays visit was to approve room # 63 and remove room #17. The LPA recalculated measurements and the maximum capacity for the square footage of the 4 rooms is 88 children. There are enough toilets, sinks and yard area for 88 children. There were no children in care and the bathrooms will all remain the same. Children are escorted to the bathroom outside the classrooms. The LPA measured and the facility. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 d ays. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Shelley Anstine CCL has received an updated fire clearance. The facility is approved for care in the 3 rooms effective today 8/2/2023; the license will be updated to reflect the room #s. The licensee provided an updated original application today for a capacity of 88.
