On 8/3 & 9/19 & 9/30 interviews were conducted with 14 witnesses including 4 parents, 6 children and 4 staff. 12 witnesses denied or had no knowledge of S6 violating personal rights and made statements that S6 had good relationships with the children. On 12/09/22 S6 denied the allegation and provided examples of phrases they use when communicating with children. The other two witnesses said they witnessed the staff yelling shut up months ago and one said S6 was quick to aggression and anger but did not provide examples. The evidence is not sufficient to either prove or disprove this allegation and is Unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights were provided. The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
