What the inspector wrote

On 8/12/24 at 8:40am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sydney Sims conducted an unannounced inspection, and met with licensee Cheryl Breshears. Today's visit was conducted to verify the plan of correction for one type A citation and One type B Citation that was issued on 08/08/24 where the facility was operating over capacity and the Licensee did not have a current roster During today's visit LPA Sims toured facility and observed the licensee providing care for thirteen children. LPA Sims observed that the facility was operating within the licensed capacity requirements, and the Licensee had updated the facility roster. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit
