What the inspector wrote

On 5/21/26 @ 8:40am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sydney Sims and Nicolette Cunningham conducted an unannounced inspection and met with Licensee Leslie Ragulsky. During today's inspection LPAs Sims and Cunningham inspected the pool and observed a working pool alarm and documented daily pool inspections. LPA photographed the daily pool log. The two deficiencies cited on 5/15/26 have been cleared. A Notice of Site Visit was given. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.00.
