One child (C4) was interviewed on 3/22/24 and stated her friends at the facility are happy and the licensee is nice. On 1/31 and 2/28/24, LPA interviewed four parents (P2-P5). Three parents (P3-P5) reported they have always observed the licensee act appropriate around daycare children in a loving manner. Parent 2 reported Child 1 stated they hurt their arm but did not observe Child 1 hurt their arm. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Kelsey Porter. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
