What the inspector wrote

During the investigation, LPA reviewed the licensee\342\200\231s Facebook page and did not see a license number posted. LPA took a screenshot of a post on 7/16/25 and 10/20/25 which did not include the licensee\342\200\231s license number. Based on the evidence obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22), is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.

    Licensees shall reveal each facility license number in all advertisements, publications, or announcements made with the intent to attract clients. This requirement was not met as evidenced by the licensee advertising her business on Facebook without including her license number. This omission poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
