What the inspector wrote

A complaint investigation was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) N. Cunningham. It was alleged that infants are allowed to sleep with loose items. The licensee was interviewed on 3/09/23 at 9:10am am and stated that infants are allowed to sleep with loose items. Based on the licensee's statement, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. See 9099D. This report was read and reviewed with the licensee. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.
