What the inspector wrote

The licensee’s two assistants (Witness 1 and 2) stated the licensee always ensures a qualified assistant over 18 is present when she leaves the home. The licensee’s two assistants also stated that children play outside in the garage for a short amount of time and spend most of the day in the home. Four witnesses (Witness 3-6) did not corroborate the allegations. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. ` A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee.
