What the inspector wrote

On November 17, 2023 at approximately 11:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) N. Cunningham conducted an unannounced inspection to verify that the licensee is operating within ratio and capacity requirements. LPA observed the licensee providing care for three infants, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. LPA cleared the citation issued on 10/26/23. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
