What the inspector wrote

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Staff 1-3 stated staff are required to conduct health checks before a child is accepted into care. All staff stated they follow the infants needs and services plan and document feedings and diaper changes. Three staff denied Staff 2 worked at the facility with a contagious infection. Three parents (P1-P3) were interviewed on 8/8/23 and 8/10/23. Interviews did not corroborate the allegations. No children interviews were conducted due to some children were not verbal, too young to interview, not available, or did not qualify to be interviewed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
