What the inspector wrote

On 1/26/23 at 3:00 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), N. Cunningham conducted a case management inspection to review facility files and complete the annual inspection that was started on October 6, 2022. The licensee and assistant were supervising thirteen children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility\342\200\231s operating hours are 7:30 a.m. \342\200\223 5:30 p.m., Monday\342\200\223Friday. Six children's records were reviewed at 3:00pm. Two staff records were reviewed at 3:15pm. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. To improve the quality and value of the new inspection process, a survey will be sent to the email address provided. Please complete the survey and share your inspection experience. If you have any questions regarding the process or tools, please send them by email to inspectionprocess@dss.ca.gov . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
