It was also alleged that Children in care are not diapered as needed. The licensee denied this on 8/16/21 and 1/26/22 stating that she is the only person who diapers children at the facility and that she does so regularly, she said she has not aware of any ongoing diaper rashes or concerns. The staff/husband was interviewed and denied the allegations by stating the licensee regularly changes diapers. One child and 4 parents were interviewed, and all denied the allegation therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. The licensee provided a facility roster on 8/16/21. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted. The Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
