The allegation Day care children left in soiled diaper for an extended period of time resulting in diaper rash, specifically that children should be changed more often than the facility protocol. Staff adhere to Kinder Care policy of diaper change every two hours or as needed. The allegation of Day care children are not provided water, Staff said there is water available to children and water is offered throughout the day. The allegation Facility is not properly sanitized, specifically that toys are not being cleaned. Staff said that toys are sprayed with disinfectant and wiped. This agency has investigated the complaint with the above noted allegations. We have found that the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Based on the information gathered during this investigation, there is insufficient information to prove or disprove the allegations as reported. There is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the allegations, therefore the findings are determined to be Unsubstantiated. Appeal rights printed and given to staff.
