What the inspector wrote

Other parent and children\342\200\231s interviews did not present any concerns or complaints with the facility, or the care being provided, and it was noted that parents would recommend the facility to others. During the time of law enforcement\342\200\231s investigation and Solano County District Attorney\342\200\231s Office review, prosecution was not pursued due to the lack of potential testimony and/or evidence. Based on the IB investigation, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. This report was read and reviewed with the Licensee, Shonna Wahid. All licensing reports are public information and are available for review. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited related to this complaint allegation. Appeal rights were provided. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days.
