Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elpidia Hernandez Torres arrived to the preschool to inquire about the summer hours for the preschool, and to discuss the licensing fees which are past due. The preschool hours during the school year are 08:15AM- 11:15AM, and 12:00PM-03:00 August- June. The last day of the school year for 2025 is June 6th 2025. And this site will re-open on the 1st day of school which is August 13th 2025. The center's fees were due on 10/28/2024 in the amount of $484.00, because the fees weren't paid on time a late fee of $242.00 was added. The total now due is $726.00, which can be paid online though the fee website, or by mailing in a check or money order with the the license number. A "Final Notice" was mailed out to the center's mailing address on or about 01/16/2025. Center director reported, she didn't recall the notice getting received by the center, at the location addressed. Center director communicated through appropriate channels to ensure the fee will get paid. Center director agreed to email LPA Hernandez Torres, proof of fee paid. The fee gets paid through the Fairfield-Suisun Unified school district which requires additional communication. There were no deficiencies issued during todays visit. Notice if site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
