What the inspector wrote

An unannounced case management visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selena Mariani and Jessica Gaumann in response to two self-reported Unusual Incident Reports (UIRs) which was reported to CCL 10/13/25 and 10/15/25. LPAs met with Licensee (LS) Rose Thomas. During today's case management visit there were 13 staff supervising 48 children operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. LPAs met with LS to discuss the incidents. LPA toured the classrooms, outdoor play yards, obtained documents pertaining to the incidents and conducted three staff interviews. Additional information is needed. No deficiencies were cited as a result of this case management visit. This report was read and reviewed with Licensee Rose Thomas. Notice of site visit shall be posted for 30 days.
