What the inspector wrote

LPA observed the classroom where the allegation was said to take place. LPA observed where the two teachers were posted and where the children were sitting for lunch. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Melissa McMillen.
