What the inspector wrote

On 1/31/25 @ 10:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth Friese conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit and met with Director Melissa McMillen. On 1/25/25 LPA Friese issued a Type B citation ( CCR 101239 (e)(4) ) due to a plumbing issue which rendered all staff and some children's toilets inoperable. The director, 6 teachers and 2 aides were supervising 22 children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. LPA toured the facility at 10:47am, flushed every toilet in the facility and determined that they are all fully operational. LPA did not observe any evidence of recent overflow or non-operation. The citation was cleared this date. Exit interview was conducted with Director Melissa McMillen and appeal rights provided. The notice of site visit is to be posted for 30 days.
