One out of 7 children interviewed on 10/2/2024 between 11:19am - 12:26pm confirmed an inappropriate interaction with a child in care. One out of 3 parents interviewed on 9/25/2024 between 1:09pm \342\200\223 2:52pm stated they had knowledge of the incident. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Director Erica Mejia. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
