Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Between the dates of October 24 and November 2, 2022, 4 staff members (S1-S4) were contacted for interview; 3 interviews were completed. (S1-S3) all provided details of how they supervise the children throughout the day and maintain ratios. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the finds are unsubstantiated. Appeal rights were provided and exit interview was conducted with director Lisa Erlandsson-Ward. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
