What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with Director, Linda Reid indicated that she has one part-time teacher and also one volunteer who comes in 4 days a week and does not exceed the 16 hours per week. Both individuals have criminal record clearance. The director is aware that a volunteer must be directly supervised by a teacher or the director. LPA and the owner discussed required personnel documents for the staff. The facility operates from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. LPA Ouye and the licensee also discussed potential options of the facility and the plan for the facility to retain long term child care in the community.
