What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with licensee Sosan Ghafoori to conduct a capacity increase for her family child care home. The capacity increase application was received on January 23, 2023. The fire safety inspection was approved on February 23, 2023. The facility has functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher rate at least 2A10BC. Capacity and child ratio for a large FCCH was discussed with the licensee. The facility is approved as a large family child care home effective March 3, 2023.
