What Happened
Annual inspection found one critical staffing deficiency and one medication management deficiency. Staff member without criminal record clearance cited Type A violation with $500 civil penalty. One child had expired medication and another missing prescription label.

Based on observation, record review, One child's (C6) medication did not have a a label to identify who it belonged to. Another child (C3) had an expired medication on file. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
