Licensing Program Analyst ( LPA) Cindy Castro arrived at the home to conduct a plan of correction visit. LPA was previously in the Family Child Care Home on 08/20/2025 where three type B deficiencies were issued regarding mandated reporter training, children files, and child immunization records. During today\342\200\231s inspection licensee and assistant (S1)were providing care and supervision eight children. LPA reviewed four child files (C1-C4) who had emergency information form (LIC700). All four children (C1-C4) had current immunization records on file and transcribed onto CDPH 286 form. Licensee's mandated reporter training was completed on 08/27/2025 and expires on 08/27/2027. S1\342\200\231s mandated reporter training was completed on 09/03/25 and expires on 09/03/2027. Deficiencies issued on 08/20/2025 have been cleared as of today's inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
