What the inspector wrote

An unannounced case management inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mindy Mohr who met with Office Administrator Akilah Crossland (S1) to discuss the facility not having a director. During todays visit LPA observed 7 infants in care being supervised by 2 staff. S1 stated their previous director resigned without notice on 05/09/2025 and the facility has been actively trying to hire a new director. S1 stated the facility does have some candidates and are in the final stages of making an offer. S1 stated she understands the requirements to have a director. No deficiencies cited today in areas observed A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with facility representative Akilah Crossland.
