What the inspector wrote

On 05/18/26 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jessica Gaumann made an unannounced visit to the facility and met with Director (D1), Lysandrea Jackson. During the visit, at 12:18pm LPA observed 2 infants (C1 and C2) sleeping with blankets in both cribs. The following violation(s) of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22; Division 12, were observed: see LIC 809-D. Appeal Rights were provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director (D1), Lysandrea Jackson. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
