Correction check·June 2, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst ( LPA) Elpidia Hernandez Torres arrived to the center to conduct a plan of correction visit. Center was previously issued type B deficiencies for having incomplete sign in/ out and for not posting the menu. LPA reviewed the electronic sign in/ out from May 19th- May 30th and all children were signed in and out by a guardian, except in cases where center provided transportation and the children were signed in by Center director upon arrival to the center. Center director also provided a copy of the menu which has been posted at the entry of the center that is dated and shows this week and next weeks menu. LPA also walked center director through looking for regulations on the internet for future use. Deficiencies issued on 05/15/25, have been corrected. There were no deficiencies issued today. Notice of site visit was given and my remain posted for 30 days.
