Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elpidia Hernandez Torres arrived to the Family Child Care Home ( FCCH) to conduct a case management visit as a result of an Non-Compliance Conference held on 07/31/2024. Upon LPA's arrival there were 12 children present at 03:20PM. LPA reviewed LIC 9040 which indicated 25 children were enrolled in the day care, the LIC 9040 is complete and in compliance. 1 child present of the 12 children is licensee's child. LPA reviewed 11 children's records at 03:41PM. 7 children's files were complete and had all items required. 2 children were missing updated immunization, the guardian had provided appointment card to show the next appointment available for the children. 2 other children had incomplete LIC 700 and LIC 9227 completed. Licensee reported she had already spoke to the guardian who hadn't had children receive updated immunization, and would speak with newly enrolled children who had incomplete documents to ensure the documents would be up-to-date. While LPA was present 8 children were picked up, leaving 3 day care children present at the day care and licensee's own child as well. LPA asked Licensee if TSP had reached out again, licensee reported no, they did not reach out since last year. No deficiencies were issued during todays visit. Notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
