HSC 1597.58(c)(2) Absence of supervision, including, but not limited to, a child left unattended, and a child left alone with a person under 18 years of age. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on the facility's UIR and interviews conducted by SS and S1, a child was left unattended inside the preschool classroom. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. A civil penalty of $500 is being issued for absence of supervision.
