Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for child (C6). C6 had medication on site that was expired and was not contained in it's original package with label directions as prescribed by C6's physician. The Director stated that there was no box or label for C6's medication or did not have medication that was current, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
