During the LPA\342\200\231s initial investigation visit, the LPA observed six children being supervised by the licensee and two staff members. The LPA did not observe any evidence of a lack of supervision during any of the site visits. The LPA interviewed the licensee\342\200\231s two staff members (S2 and S3) on 11/27/23. Clients that were interviewed did not provide any corroborating information. Based on available information, although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated at this time.
