What Happened
Required 3-year inspection found that facility provides appropriate supervision and safety measures, but infants are not having sleep checks logged despite caregiver reporting 15-minute checks are being conducted.

Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 3 infants in care. At 11:35am Licensee stated that she or her assistant do check on the infants, but is not currently keeping sleep logs. Child 7 - Child 9 all infants over 12 months, did not have sleep logs on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
