Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selena Mariani and Glenn Ouye conducted a consultative case management visit to discuss future plans with Center Director (CD), Rebecca Rose and Program Director (PD) Ashley Rogers, to temporarily move to an adjacent building while a new site is being constructed. We discussed indoor and outdoor physical plant requirements. CD and PD intend to continue to serve 2-6 year old children. Adjacent building for potential use has two rooms, one will be used for child care. There is 2 toilets, 3 sinks and measures 636 sq.ft. and can accommodate 18 children. The total outdoor area measures 7,371 sq.ft. and can accommodate 98 children. CD and PD will adjust size of outdoor space to meet the minimum regulatory requirements. LPA's discussed and provided PIN 21-21.1-CCP Lead Water Testing information, Public Playground Safety Handbook and Capacity Worksheet to CD and PD. Report was reviewed and provided to Center Director, Rebecca Rose and Program Director (PD) Ashley Rogers. Notice of site visit was provided.
