What the inspector wrote

A case management visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Yang at the request of the licensee, Megan Hede. Licensee requested permission to use a previously designated off limits area listed as "Bedroom" on the facility sketch for childcare use. The LPA inspected the room and approved it for childcare use. LPA obtained an updated floor sketch from the licensee. There are no other changes to the facility. The master bedroom and bathroom and garage remain off limits. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. This report was reviewed with the licensee, Megan Hede. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
