An unannounced case management visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Yang in response to a self-reported, incident involving child C1 that occurred at the facility on 05/02/25. During today\342\200\231s visit, the LPA met with the center director, Lisa Steindorf to discuss the incident. It was reported by center director Steindorf that on 05/02/25 at 05:15pm, child C1 approached a teacher on the preschool play yard and informed the staff member that they found "medicine." The center director reported that the medicine that was found was a single 60mg pseudoephedrine tablet sealed in a single serving, child resistant blister pack.
