What the inspector wrote

On 01/08/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Sebastian Phouthaovong made an unannounced Case Management visit in response to Incident that was notified to Community Care Licensing on 12/26/2025 by Licensee, Maria Montes. The incident was regarding that a adult allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior during child care hours. LPA met with Licensee, Maria Montes and explained the purpose of today's visit. During today's inspection, LPA toured the facility inside and out and observed 9 children being supervised by Licensee and two staff members. Licensee denied the allegation and stated that no inappropriate behavior by adults ever happened at the facility. Licensee also stated that the children are always supervised by a staff member. Interviews from Staff (S1 & S2) stated that the no inappropriate behavior by adults never happened at the facility; which corroborates with Licensee\342\200\231s statement. Additionally, LPA conducted 2 children interview, who did not have any concerns with the facility at this time. LPA received an LIC 624B Unusual Incident Report during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Maria Montes.
