Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye conducted an unannounced case management visit and met with Site Supervisor Joleynn Smith to follow up on child supervision issue which was addressed on March 6, 2025. The Site Supervisor indicated that the process with some newly installed changes has been working effectively to maintain supervision in all classrooms and while children are in and outside of the classrooms. LPA also inquired if Fitch Mt. Elementary School is asking to blend school children with high need to use the facility's indoor or outdoor areas of the facility. Site Supervisor said that the need for blending elementary school children is unlikely because the Fitch Mt. Elementary School serves children in grades 3 through 6th grade. Other North Bay Children's Center programs where it may occur have younger age children.
