Post-licensing visit·August 3, 2021

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Jen Velasco and Glenn Ouye met with the licensee Maayan Schoeman and Director, Anna Hagmann. LPA's toured the facility with the licensee and director. The outdoor and indoor activity areas were inspected. LPA and the licensee and director discussed Covid-19 mitigation plan for daily operation. Sign in and wellness checks, hand washing, sanitation and reporting procedures for Covid-19 mitigations plans were discussed. LPA's also discussed IMS (incidental medical services) for children who require the need for an IMS plan. The program will store IMS devices in the travel backpack with the first aid kit. This will allow staff to take the safety backpack on field trips or if there is an emergency evacuation. The prelicensing inspection was conducted on July 19, 2021. The facility is approved for licensure effective August 2, 2021.
